FAQ

1. What's my username/password?

For parent, the inital username is the CDNIS Parent email address (e.g. your.name@cdnis.hk). Please email onedoor@cdnis.edu.hk if you have problems logging in.

For student, the username is the student ID.

2. How to reset my password?

  • Forgotten Passowrd: If you forgot your password, please click "Forgotten username or password?" at the bottem of the login box. Enter the email address you use for CDNIS (e.g. your.name@cdnis.hk) , and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.
  • Change Password: You can change your password from PROFILE UPDATE > Change Password. In order to change your password, you need to know your current password.

3. How to change my username?

If you are parent, you can change your username from PROFILE UPDATE > Change Username. In order to change your username, you need to login with your current username and password first.

For student, your username should be your student ID, it cannot be changed.

4. How to update my contact information?

You can change your contact information from PROFILE UPDATE > Contact Info Update.  The changes will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days.

5. How to update my Billing Address?

Please contact the Accounts Department by email accounts@cdnis.edu.hk or at (852) 2240-6383/2240-6308.
